Shipping Policy
We aim to post all orders within 7 working days, however during busier periods shipping may take longer. If you would like an update on your order please email hello@butterflymelts.com and quote your order number.

In order to return an order, please contact us via email first.

Returns can be mailed to 37 Croydon House, Croydon Street, Easton, Bristol, BS5 0DT
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, then we may reject a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Butterfly Melts order, however, if there are any issues with your order we will of course resolve them as soon as possible.

We're convinced that you'll absolutely love our products, however, if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.
